Please note our Cactus candle arms are very fragile and can sometimes break on delivery no matter how much we wrap them up :( This is an easy fix though!! Simply light the end of the arm until the wax melts a little, and then hold back on the cactus body for a few second and there you go! Fixed and back to normal :))

Please note that we are happy to refund products if they were to arrive broken or are unsatisfactory.
We must be made aware of any problems within 14 days of your order arriving. A proof of purchase will be needed, along with any photographs of the products if they arrive broken, this helps is to see what the cause may have been.
