REFUND POLICY
Please note that we are happy to refund products if they were to arrive broken or are unsatisfactory.
We must be made aware of any problems within 14 days of your order arriving. A proof of purchase will be needed, along with any photographs of the products if they arrive broken, this helps is to see what the cause may have been.

Our Candles are all shipped within 3-5 working days, or you will be notified if there are any delays.
